Where do I collect my equipment?
Collect from Sport Egger at Marktstraße 78, 5661 Rauris. Our team checks the fit and settings with you. Please contact us before booking if you have special requirements.
Do I need a customer account?
No account is needed. The secure link in your confirmation email lets you access your booking. If you lose it, use “My booking” with your booking reference and email address to request a new access link.
Can I book for the whole family?
Yes. Add adults, children and teenagers to one booking. For guests aged 3 to 16, enter their age on the collection date. Available categories are shown for the appropriate age group.
